We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. We also appreciated the central location, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being directly beside the main train station in Braunschweig. This makes it very convenient for those using public transport and also for exploring the city on foot. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The rooms were basic but had all the expected facilities for a short stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good selection of food, including delicious Nürnberg-style sausages and excellent bacon.

All in all, everything about this hotel was okay.

location just off where there is also the tram/bus stop, braunschweig and trains. very good and amazing staff, silent comfort queen room. polite customer care, parking onsite.

Traffic noise outside room was very bad, trams made sleeping difficult. Next time I will ask for a room looking onto the inner courtyard

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right opposite the main railway station. It's perfect for travelers who want convenience and easy access to transportation. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and efficient, making you feel welcomed and taken care of throughout your stay. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and the added bonus of air conditioning or cool breezes from opened windows. Finally, the breakfast included in the room rate is excellent, with a wide variety of options and attentive staff to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

This hotel left me with a great impression and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.

We felt very comfortable and as handicapped people we liked the location very much. The way to the train was no problem, we also found the peace and quiet in the hotel pleasant. In summary, we can say that we had a nice time in Mercure.

In the brochures in the room it said that wellness and fitness facilities are outside the house. On the last day I found out that there are both in the house. Too bad, I'd have liked to use that. The rooms on the street side are very noisy at night because of the traffic (if you are not used to it).

The hotel has a nice appearance and offers exceptional services. Our room was silent, functional, and equipped with air conditioning. the staff were immensely pleasant and friendly. the location is unbeatable, only a 10-15 minute walk from Schloss Arkaden Mall.
